Being fit and being healthy are not the same thing, but they are both important parts of life. We will work to improve as many aspects as we can, and here is a sample:

    • RESISTANCE TRAINING
    • Everyone should be doing this, whether they know it or not.  Strength naturally declines with age and inactivity, so if you want to stay young, you need to stay strong!
    • WEIGHT LOSS
    • Weight loss can improve body composition, self esteem, blood pressure, and a host of other health issues.  The easiest and best way to do this is through proper eating, which we will guide you through.  It doesn’t have to be hard!
    • MUSCLE TONE
    • Simply exercising your abs will not give you a six-pack; you’ve already got one, even if it is hard to see under even a normal amount of body fat.  But as your muscles get bigger and your fat reserves decline, you will begin to see the natural beauty of your body.
    • POSTURE
    • In our modern world, many people have jobs where they sit all day, or perform repetitive actions.  This can lead to stooped or neck-craning postures, as well as rounded shoulders and back pain.  What many people don’t know is that this is a muscular imbalance and quite correctable, the sooner the better!
    • CORE STRENGTH
    • Core strength is essential to good health, reduced back pain, maintaining good posture, and injury prevention (both in every day life, and especially when lifting heavy weights).  We will work to ensure yours is up to snuff!
